For larger firms, fear not! We have your back, and can offer a Workshop customized to your needs.
We will contact you and jointly commit to a date (the “Workshop Day”) that works for your and your team. Most workshops take place between 3 and 8 weeks from the date you Register. We use the period until Workshop Day to administer your Diagnostic Survey, and align with you on any custom elements focused on YOUR specific business situation.
Delivering valuable training to SMB’s is a core pillar of our Mission Driven Pricing philosophy. Whenever possible, a partner-level expert from EBITDA Catalyst will deliver the training. Our Founder is passionate about delivering the SMB Workshop and typically delivers at least one per month. Partner availability is guaranteed only for the IGNITE level.
To be able to offer the Workshop at discounted rates and run a healthy business, we must protect our intellectual property and ensure we do not cannibalize other business opportunities. Every workshop participant will be required to sign / agree to NOT share or reproduce any of the materials we use or share in the workshop.
We will refund upon request any purchase for up to 14 days from the time your payment is submitted. We will also refund your purchase if, after both parties attempt to schedule the workshop, we are unable to find a mutually suitable time to deliver the workshop due to our capacity constraints. All sales are final and no refunds will be given once any of these events occur: A) Your workshop has been scheduled through mutual agreement; B) 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, and have been unable to schedule your workshop despite our best efforts and a reasonable choice of at least 3 workshop days has been offered; C) Your workshop has already been delivered; D) We have already accommodated ONE scheduling change, and you need further changes. EBITDA Catalyst will work in good faith to reschedule the workshop due to changes in client schedule up to ONE time once an initial date has been set.
In short, typically no. We believe the workshop is an exceptional value at any of the offered investment LEVELS. It produces outstanding ROI, typically a very high multiple of your investment, for virtually every business willing to implement the learnings. The workshop is already priced at or near cost, as part of our Mission Driven Pricing philosophy to invest in our community.
We do make exceptions if you are truly constrained in your ability to pay, and demonstrate a legitimate need.
